• Visa Requirements:

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas if required. CrossLink Africa will provide a visa invitation letter only upon full payment of the program fees. Participants are encouraged to apply for their visa well in advance, as CrossLink Africa is not responsible for any visa delays or denials.

• Insurance:

  • Participants are required to purchase their own travel insurance to cover any medical, travel, or personal emergencies. CrossLink Africa is not responsible for any costs incurred due to illness, injury, or travel disruptions during the program.
• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellation by the Participant:
    • More than 30 days before the program start date: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a 12% processing fee.
    • Between 30 and 15 days before the program start date: Cancellations made within this window will receive a refund minus a 25% processing fee.
    • Less than 15 days before the program start date: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the program start date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by CrossLink Africa: In the event that CrossLink Africa cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund.

  • Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed if notified at least 15 days before the program start date and are subject to approval by CrossLink Africa.
