- Payment Terms:
- Full payment must be received 15 days prior to the program start date. Failure to pay will result in cancellation.
- Payments are accepted via online payment gateways, credit card, or bank transfer.
- Virtual Packages:
- Virtual participants are subject to the same terms as in-person attendees.
- Access credentials for virtual programs are non-transferable and may be revoked if shared.
- Virtual packages are delivered through third-party providers (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Visa Requirements & Insurance
- Visa Responsibility:
- Participants are responsible for securing their own visas.
- A visa invitation letter will only be provided after full payment.
- Insurance:
- Participants must purchase their own travel insurance.
- CrossLink Africa is not liable for any travel disruptions, illnesses, or injuries.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by the Participant:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the event: Refund minus 10% processing fee.
- Less than 15 days before the event: Non-refundable.
Cancellation by CrossLink Africa:
If we cancel the program, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
Substitutions:
- You may nominate a substitute at least 15 days before the event, subject to our approval.
Liability Disclaimer
- Limitation of Liability:
- CrossLink Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
- Force Majeure:
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or network failures).

- Data Collection: We collect personal data for registration, payment, and program delivery.
- Data Use: We do not sell or share your personal data without consent, except where required by law.
- Data Protection:

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Participants may have access to confidential information during our programs. You agree not to disclose, share, or use proprietary content for personal or commercial gain.
This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, speaker insights, business strategies, and proprietary data.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
CrossLink Africa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
