Introduction
Welcome to CrossLink Africa, a brand of Kuzama Quest International. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please review them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Use of the Website

1. Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
   • Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
   • Interfere with or disrupt website operations.
   • Introduce viruses, malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
   • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff.
3. Intellectual Property: All content, including text, logos, graphics, and software, belongs to CrossLink Africa or its suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Registration and Payment

1. Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if false or misleading details are provided.
2. Payment Terms:
   • Full payment must be received 15 days prior to the program start date. Failure to pay will result in cancellation.
   • Payments are accepted via online payment gateways, credit card, or bank transfer.
3. Virtual Packages:
   • Virtual participants are subject to the same terms as in-person attendees.
   • Access credentials for virtual programs are non-transferable and may be revoked if shared.
   • Virtual packages are delivered through third-party providers (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Visa Requirements & Insurance

1. Visa Responsibility:
   • Participants are responsible for securing their own visas.
   • A visa invitation letter will only be provided after full payment.
2. Insurance:
   • Participants must purchase their own travel insurance.
   • CrossLink Africa is not liable for any travel disruptions, illnesses, or injuries.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by the Participant:

1. More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
2. Between 30 and 15 days before the event: Refund minus 10% processing fee.
3. Less than 15 days before the event: Non-refundable.

Cancellation by CrossLink Africa:

If we cancel the program, you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.

Substitutions:

• You may nominate a substitute at least 15 days before the event, subject to our approval.

Liability Disclaimer

1. Limitation of Liability:
   • CrossLink Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
2. Force Majeure:
   • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or network failures).

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

1. Data Collection: We collect personal data for registration, payment, and program delivery.
2. Data Use: We do not sell or share your personal data without consent, except where required by law.
3. Data Protection:
   • Industry-standard security measures are in place.
   • While we strive for absolute security, we cannot guarantee data protection against cyber threats.
4. Marketing Consent:
   • By registering, you agree to receive communications related to the program.
   • You may opt out at any time.
5. Cookies:
   • Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By using our website, you consent to our cookie policy.

Third-Party Services

• Our services may be hosted or facilitated using third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe for payments, Zoom for virtual events). By using our services, you also agree to their terms and conditions.
• CrossLink Africa is not liable for any technical failures, security breaches, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Morocco, unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Morocco.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

• Participants may have access to confidential information during our programs. You agree not to disclose, share, or use proprietary content for personal or commercial gain.

• This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, speaker insights, business strategies, and proprietary data.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

CrossLink Africa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
